Artichoke Pasta

This is a very quick and simple way to serve pasta. It is also elegent enough to serve to guests!  

  • 5 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 14 oz can of artichoke hearts
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
  • 1 tb. dried basil
  • 1 tb. dried marjoram
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste

HEAT  oil in a heavy skillet.

ADD all ingredients except lemon juice

HEAT  for 1 1/2 minutes, then add the lemon juice. Heat through.

SERVE  over your favorite pasta noodle (1 1b).
