- 5 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 14 oz can of artichoke hearts
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried red pepper
- 1 tb. dried basil
- 1 tb. dried marjoram
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
